Hello and welcome to SE Queensland. Wow great tour of Baltimore, this mansion was up for sale for 10+ years and sat vacant for most of that time. I didn’t know it sold. Bought in November 2021 for 11m and now the owners want 20m+ ? Looks like the current owners have put some money into it updating, although didn’t update the kitchen, only changed out the refrigerators. I’ve recently discovered your channel. I look forward to viewing more luxury home tours.

Blakey, Yes we could change the colour scheme to White or Black for $30,000 if we wanted too. So far we have spent $500k on the house. All Houses on the gold coast have doubled in price since 2005.

They didnt put much in it at all very little except the more red paint around the place. Red and black way too much if it was different neutral colours would be great

Another great video @Matt & Summer of a fantastic Gold Coast property. The Southern Hemisphere is perfect. Love that area in the Gold Coast, I can spend a whole day at the Broadbeach Mall, chilling out & eating, shopping, haircut, socialising.

My neighbor has a washer and dryer in theirs.

It’s a nice house, but I wouldn’t value it at $20 mil. Maybe if it was in LA it would definitely be $20 mil, but on the Gold Coast? Nah.

Very nice house, very Asian. LOL. My friend had a red kitchen in his house, that looks like a Poggenpohl or Snaidero kitchen. That was a grill in the kitchen, my old house had a Jenn Air one like that, usually they have downdraft vents built into them also. I was geeking out over the furniture, Eames chairs in the offices, a Barcelona chair and a Le Corbusier LC4 lounge chair in the son's room to name a few, very good taste in furniture.

How many squares??! I’ve been around a few big houses, but that’s ridiculous. How many people actually live in that house? Our house is 36 squares (336 m2) and there’s only the two of us..lol. Good on the owners to be able to afford such extravagance. Beautiful home but the best bit about the house was the gorgeous pussy cat. 🐯
