You shocked me with the price with that Penthouse title. It's a 2 bedroom loft. I totally love it though. I love the Penthouses in Marquis, this is excellent though.

Hi! The HOA Fee for this particular unit is $3,041 per month which puts it around $1 per SF. Are you looking for something similar to this?
