Inside a $18.5M Miami Beach Party House | On The Market
Ойын-сауық
Today we take you to Miami Beach, Florida to tour one of the most stunning properties on the Venetian Islands, 941 North Venetian Drive. With 9200 square feet under air, 2 private pools and incredible views of Biscayne Bay, it’s tailor made for hosting parties. Hand cut coral stone accents adorn the interior, as well as 48x48 limestone flooring. The chic kitchen features leathered black granite counters and a gas range - something of a rarity in Miami real estate. And once all the guests have left for the night, the owner can retire to a master suite with floor to ceiling retractable windows leading to a suspended plunge pool. Although a family would be more than comfortable across the 5 bedrooms, it’s truly a house begging to throw a blowout bash.

My guess is that they are rather plain, as the interior of the master bedroom is fairly basic. The soaring architecture is in the public areas and the exteriors.

This Miami Beach mansion is paradise on earth. I like the house bedrooms, living room dining room and kitchen. I like the big glass windows and doors that allowed me to see the sea. I like the view of the Biscayne Bay and the Infinity pool. I like the big Black woman painting, the head sculpture and the horse sculpture.

The kitchen is surprisingly calm for what I have seen so far in US homes like this. I like this, even though the owners will probably never cook there and instead buying fast food or order something from an delivery restaurant.
This is the most beautiful modern and contemporary design mansion I have ever seen in Miami.

Wel first of all I love the architecture of the house absolutely great! But I really think she did a bad job at selling the house also the staging was terrible, is see a lot of potential though but the listing price is a bit too high for the size of the house and the ground around it.
1:06 is the blueprint wrong? I can only see greenery in it. Where did the beach come from??
That one crib you grinded to get in GTA Vice City. 🤣🤣🤣🙌🏽
Amazing view and location
Wasn't the last one a Miami mansion as well? I would rather have it than this one. The value for money is better there. I can afford neither though XD
The last video about the floating mansion was so much cooler, but for like a quarter of the price.
The presenter has no idea what she's doing. She's stiff as a board. Not that I can afford it but... damn!! Pretend like you want to sell the place to someone who isn't a serial killer :O

The house isn't the only thing in the video thats architecturally impressive from the front and the back.
the master bed was amazing as hell
Love the view from the pool in the front, can’t beat it!
awesome crib!
“In this room we have big windows so you can see the Miami skyline to the left. In this room there is a view of the water, this room is a great open space to look out at the harbor, and of course everything is about the view. Wait until you see it at night”

What they don’t show you is that the property sits right next to one of only four bridges that connect Miami to Miami Beach. It’s like living next to a freeway.
The interiors are very elegant. Don't like the artwork that much but this is personal. The plunge pool off the master bedroom is gorgeous. The location of this property is breathtaking. The host spoke a little too fast but at least she was dressed appropriately which can not be said from some of the hosts in the California real estate market I have seen on youtube.

Depends on the rate per watt in Miami. But it might not use as many watts at you think. It a lot of natural light which saves you. And you figure you would have the windows open most of the time, which means the AC isnt on. Dont have to use the heat in the winter in Miami

This home is absolutely gorgeous but it's terribly overpriced. They only way I would pay that asking price is if I'm getting a mansion with all the whistles and bells and plenty of acres.

idk what she's talking about when she says new downtown Miami skyline, like did we get rid of the old one? No, it's literally just midtown which wasn't a thing 20 years ago and is a meh view compared to downtown.
The location is great, but the property is accordingly small. The house is great as well, but this shouldn't be even close to 20 million. Not sure what's going on with the housing market, but this is just rediculous...
Realtors are masters of making up terms. "Pajama room" is what Ms. Leopard Print has come up for a "conspicuously redundant place to sit in an otherwise unusable bedroom landing area."
What the heck is a pajama lounge??
It will look great under water when its flooded
If I had that much money I wouldn't be watching this video..
