Hello, Peter. Stunned! Such a gorgeous property! It's like a spa hotel. A very large house. The territory is huge. There is a swan lake, a swimming pool, many open summer huts, even a small plantation and a jungle park. This property is worth the money. You once again chose the best object to show on your channel 👏👍❤

Wait, I didn't know that they even had to give it to you with all the soul in the house and you put the taste, not the one who sells it to you
typically im fairly polite on my comments.. but DUDE! this is just outrageous, and i love it.. the lake alone with the tiki hut and the true professional outdoor kitchen makes this a match for so many. im not a fan of the placements of the main kitchen and dining area, but that is a small barrier.. the screening room is a perfect miami place to watch a football game. I did notice the bug spray in the golf cart, good work. thanks again for the showing, i hope it goes to the proper buyer..

A home needs a soul, and this house didn't have one, in my opinion. You know me, Peter, I love a house, but I struggled to warm to this one. That atrium with the open room's coming off it was just odd. An example would be the kitchen. The house looked tired in parts with some signs of wear showing. At this level of house and value, it needs to be turn key. I sound super negative, and I don't intend to be. It's just my opinion, and I'm sure some folk will love it as a house, but for me, it is not a home. It would be better served as an events space like you mentioned, weddings. Solid walk through and camera work. 🤙🤙🤙

Wow, this is one of the most beautiful houses I have seen on Peter Ancona KZread channel. I think $17 million for an 18 acres mansion is underpriced. A small glass mansion on Miami Beach cost $30 million. I like the modern Mediterranean design of the house with balconies. I like the large atrium with a fountain and sky window. I like the double island kitchen and the open space living room, dining room, and media room. I like the enormous master bedroom, master closet, and master bathroom. I like the guest's bedrooms. I like the French windows and French doors of the mansion. I like the pool, I would remodel it into a lap pool. I like the gardens and the fruit trees. I am a sucker for animals. I like the Swans, the parrots, the peacock. the lake is cool. This property can be a private mansion or a rental mansion as they do in Los Angeles and Cape Town. Great tour Peter.

Beautiful home!!! Outdoor area is luxurious my favorite part about the home!!! If I would purchase I would definitely change things inside the home and hire somebody but other than that this is a perfect home and for it’s price!! Let’s not forget the man made lake awww man 😮😌🙏🏽😍😍😍😍

i don't have 200 good friends to always be entertaining. the staff and upkeep - not counting chefs, masseuse, meditation, facilitator, veterinarian would be extremely high. suppose i rented it out for 4 large wedding receptions a day for 330 days a year - could that cover the upkeep and i'd have for use of me, family, friends for 35 days? some could rent for full day, or 2 or 3 days for an event. but there are great hotels, country clubs where you can have events. you can have a big home, yard and have an event. meanwhile i'd continue to live in ny and my oceanfront boca condo. who needs so much space, so many huge rooms, seats for so many to dine? simplify your life. it is not a practical home. i did like hearst castle. but such places, castles, estates are over the top. there are places one can buy very cheaply because upkeep, staff is so expensive. same goes for mega yachts. trump bought mar a lago cheaply and made it into a club.
