Agree with you $1,500 for what???. How many Ugandans can even afford $65 on a monthly basis? When $1,500 is hard to gather for people who live in UK or USA --many live on streets today. Work to help the poorest of the poor than the richest, who in most cases ripped every opportunity from our fellow Ugandans. A Rwandese will check in such because it will be paid by Ugandas tax payers Peace!
