Jason has become the best, he gives each home just the right amount of time it needs. I no longer watch Enes tours because he babbles on for over 40 minutes. IMO Ryan Serhant is 2nd best after Jason.@@BlendingWithHenry

DOUBLE WOW. I feel zoned out by all the glamour, and I wasn't even there. It's not over the top; The interior design ticked all the boxes. It looks so bright and cheeful. I can't imagine anyone being in a bad mood living there. I would be all smiles. ☺ ☺

I really love those modern style homes. Something about the angular shapes, straight lines, glass, exterior stones façade, landscape. After due diligence, I would buy that home for sure. Interior, so so beautiful. Great one Jason! 💖💖💖

Hey Jason. You have me appreciating these modern front elevations. Yesss to the floating staircase. The staging is amazing. Look at the formal living and dining room. 🙌🏼. Temperature controlled wine room. Yess to the pot filler. The nook and miniature sitting room. Spacious laundry. 1/2 bath placed nicely. Yess to the bar🍺🍸🥃🍷🍹🥂🧊. Pool. View of pool and another leisure sitting area. Cabana bath 🙌🏼. Elevator. Backyard is amazing. Large loft/flex area and balcony. Spacious guest bedrooms and lovely en-suites. The balcony is no joke. I hope you take my words into consideration, we watching expect from you to elaborate about the specifications and the features of the house, but all what you do is building imaginary expectations. Like opening the closet, taking a bottle of Champagne, sitting on the couch, have a couples of drinks, go outside smoke a cigar, eat a barbecue, samosas,etc.
