I agree. I grew up in bucks county Pa and I remember literally hundreds of homes just like this. Many of them with old barns and extravagant English gardens. I could watch hours and hours of bucks county Pa homes

Serhant reaching into the Philly burbs very cool! Like stepping back in time but still with a modern twist. Love how all the bedrooms had their own themes. Certainly never seen a garden room before! Gorgeous property.

This house is cool but my observation is how it is reviewed. I always enjoy watching Serhant tours. One thing I noticed is in earlier videos there were more explanation like details like styles of marble and how they are built to flow. Lately is regressed to stating the obvious "wow you can see out window to your pool or host a party..." Pretty much its the same lines but different house. I used to understand million dollar homes learning of architecture, designers, houses hidden gems, etc. Maybe that level of detail will return because that's what was separate from all others "come inside and see" house tours.

Agree. Your thoughts are my thoughts too (although they were a bit nervous. Maybe not used to speaking whilst being filmed). The lady saying, "there is a fireplace, built in bar..."; you can SEE that. I have experience in school admissions and you don't say 'here is the school's dinning hall". You describe the attitude and the ethos. You explain how considerate and attentive the servers are; "they've worked here for years because they love what they do. They get to know the children and see them progress through the school." "We are a 'healthy eating' school and all food is prepared daily with a choice of healthy desserts and fresh fruit etc etc" [Miss that job. 😊]

This house is HUGE, so it would be really hard to get into a lot of detail in 15 minutes' time. So we got the truncated version. I grew up near the Main Line, in my lovely, sleepy middle class suburb of Philly. There are quite a few fantastical, huge, old big houses in the Main Line! I couldn't understand how people afforded these houses, but I didn't understand the immense wealth of this area.. "The moniker “Main Line” refers to the Pennsylvania Railroad train line that was built in the area beginning around the 1850s. Originally, many of the small towns were founded by prominent Philadelphia families who built summer homes “away from the city” but who used the newly built railroad to travel back and forth." It's a very Interesting area & history.

I love this house's beauty, which is so worth the price. I would ask the owner for the option to keep everything except for their personal items .. walk in with a key and a suitcase.. lmao.wish they showed much more of the grounds. but still a great show Ryan.

I used to drive by this house when I worked in conshohocken. Those homes are big and gorgeous

Yeah. Lower Merion is incredible. Wooded and Hilly as well; with plenty of colonial stone mansions made from beautiful wissahickon schist.

I mean we do have an economy of our own. Philly is no slouch. This area is as old money as it gets. So the market is there. Also like they said, with WFH people are starting to commute to NYC which is only an hour away and perfectly doable if it’s only a day or two a week. So they have that salary in a cheaper metro. But still close to NYC.

I was friends with the owner of this houses daughter in highschool. Andrew barroway owner of Arizona coyotes. Let me personally tell you as someone who has been in this house. Its weird as heck. Such a weird layout. It does look better than when I was there. Seems to have had some renovation.

For the size of the property every room seems small, and that's only magnified with the low ceilings. The guest house is nice.
