really liked the first home, 1300 sq ft isn't too small to me, thanks for taking us along. The last home had nice curb appeal, first one was my favorite.

Yes I like to look at smaller homes because I've had the bigger homes before and a lot of people want to downsize it cost less to live in a smaller house specially if it's only you and your husband

H1: Perfect starter, or retirement home. Clean finishes. Nice yard. H2: Nice layout. Bottom tier flooring; notice installation buckles. Bottom tier windows and doors. Nice yard size. Small rooms. Would have been better to have been 3 bedrooms to gain an appropriate size for use. This home looks like an intentional rental build. H3: This is the appropriate use of square footage. 3 beds of nice size. Allows for better use of windows. Nice flow from kitchen to dining space. Tray ceiling in primary is a plus. Beautiful backyard space for pools and pets. This one is the winner of the 3 imho. That BBQ looked bussin!!

Those home builders try to cut corners so that's why they have those small windows inside these new homes not like the older homes. I guess they're trying to save money too

And no homeowners insurance in Florida Plus a governor doing absolutely nothing about it knocking on wood hoping they'll be no Hurricane this summer😮 he literally said that

Hey Kaleb for $264,000, House#1. You really can't Complain. I loved this Home, I would have put an CLOSED In SHOWER, Which gives that Beauty ness. Rates 10. House#2. Wow, Impressed by the 3 Full bathrooms, Although I still like the CLOSED In SHOWER, But look what you getting. $314,000 A Great PRICE. Rates 10. House#3. Kaleb this is my Favorite, Love the Style of this home, Blue color is perfect. Open floor plan. I would have change the Guest Bathroom tile, But looking at this Home, It's simply Beautiful. The Front Door is Awesome. For $328,000, Now that's a Deal. RATES 20. Hey Kaleb love your Cowboy 🤠. And that Delicious BBQ, Ain't nothing like it. Soon they will be free because nobody will insure them…

It's just too bad that these new homes are so cookie-cutter and bland pretty boring looking on the inside no character at all not like the older homes. But I certainly did like the third home specially the blue turquoise color home which was unique and it had plenty of windows on the inside the pocket door and the cut out ceiling which bring some more light through the home.

Quarter of a million gets you 1300 Sq ft. Talk about over priced rip off.

#1= Over priced!
