@@hlb48 it does mean. Reality is these real estate agents over price these houses which is why everyone is rushing to go into real estate. Imagine somebody spending $5 million on a house and selling it for 13$ million. That's exploits so far as I'm concerned.

This property lacks character. Square seems to be the overarching theme here and it just feels cold and soulless. I mean the rectangular bathtub is just .. I have no words honestly.

Hey , stay strong. There are no guarantees when it comes to the market, just be consistent and while you’re at it make sure to employ a working strategy. I have averaged at least 35% monthly since I started investing again in February. Hiring a consultant to assist me with the leg work also increased my profit chances. Money mistakes are expensive, you can’t be too off-guard
