⚛️would you use a name or title? There are many sewing machine repair guys on KZread AND I have a hard time finding you. I have a singer 328K and am enjoying getting it working with your help.

I would have appreciated a more intense view of the bobbin just so that I am certain I have the right one for the machine and installing it correctly especially after winding it with thread.

Usually, each machine has in the access door of the sewing needle shaft a diagram of how goes the threading. Obviously, it is far easier to see when someone does it before your eye but give it a chance.

If you have the manual, you can go along with what it says and what you can see by the demonstration. That way you can sort of figure out how it is that someone indicates in the manual what is to be achieved. Many people know what they know but may not be the best at explaning it even with illustrations.
