great video,i think the greatest addition was the pogo stick for the insect glaive(i dunno its name,the one which after you leap and press r2)i was having difficulty defeating arch temp velk and after using insect glaive,i destroy arch velk in the 3rd attempt

if they would take this iteration of insect glaive and double the length of kinsect buffs and allow to maintain the triple up without waiting for it to fully wear out the weapon would be perfect. nothing is more irritating then the monster going to sleep perfect for a wakeup dive bomb and your extracts wear out.

I prefer having a higher evade window to beat Alatreon/Fatalis, just with Kjarr Crusher and increasing blast with jewels. Recovery Up is maxed out, of course XD. Though it was hard but having the Kinsect with blast sever type was quite effective at inflicting more abnormal status buildup and If correctly hitting the blast dust, it could deliver even more status causing 300 damage per dust if abnormal status buildup triggered. However, it was preferably quite big in case of just killing alatreon/Fatalis. Anyway it's nice to see helping players on what could be a better playthrough towards MHW. 👍

YES been waitin on this one, insect glaive is easily my fav in world. its soooooo fun and the combos are just mega satisfying. also, a recommendation, USE THE GUILD PALACE LAYERED WEAPON ITS SO SEXY 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

1000+ hours in and I still don't have lv4 attack decos. My friend uses IG and she likes using the rider charm. Good mounting and jump attack damage. I have a few IG builds myself and I typically ignore peak performance and max out flinch free and evade window

Loved the video as a fellow insedct glaive user who has picked the game back up to actually finish it in anticipation for Wilds. I would love to know how you got the item mods to work. I can not find any good videos on how to.

using nexus's mod manager app: Vortex

for his endgame build. if you don't have 3 attack jewels there is another route. you replace his challenger charm with attack charm, replace his three attack slots with challenger then switch flight/attack to flight/handicraft and replace handicraft with challenger. I also tweaked your critical/evasion, I'm never on the ground unless monsters are knocked, or an opening exists and evasion in the air is pretty meh. so, I switched it out to medicine to keep my tankinis up while I helicopter. also, I do have a question since I'm by no means an IG glaive main. in regard to brace. whenever you combined effects like red and white, and so on and so forth I know you get a percentage bonus when they are put together does brace also buff this as well? or is it just the individual extracts? I have been scouring the interwebs and found nothing on it. and what I'm talking about in case you need a further example is whenever you put red and white buff together you get, I think its 10 or 15% attack. does brace effect this?

Just shared this with my bro, he's a main, im completely clueless but may give it a go after seeing this

it's the nexus gae bolg layered, it's the master rank version of the Behemoth IG

I would prefer to have artillery and focus for IG personally

A lot of guides have things like Challenger Charm V for their pre-fatalis set which requires you to be MR100 and GL7 which you're going to get way after Fatalis

challenger 4 charm is still plenty, and grindable in guiding lands

Alatreon and Fatalis aren't designed to be beaten before MR100. The game let you try but they are far more powerful than anything that came before. Unless you are being carried by a good team, it's easier to get fully optimized and augmented gear and only then beat Fatalis. (Sorry for my bad English, I'm still learning)

I rather have tool specialist than divine blessing, just my preference
