Found a fantastic dash cam for my Mk8 GTI that replaces the front of the rearview mirror housing. Less that $80 Also got OEM style mudflaps for only $15. I haven't ordered yet, but have found replacement steering wheel buttons from a standard Mk8 Golf to replace the haptic junk. Looking to be all in with both left and right side buttons and the correct trim garnish.

I actually ordered the Ali Express spoiler for my 2014 Mazda Miata, PRHT. $24.99 plus shipping, Carbon Miata sold the same spoiler for around 189.00 plus shipping and if I remember correctly, their shipping costs were about the same at around $50.00. I spoke with someone at Carbon Miata and he said they get em from China too, probably from the same place?? I know they look identical. Anyway, mine arrived in a little over 3 weeks from the time of order, Ali Express kept me in the loop during the whole process. The spoiler arrived in good condition, packaged well. I ordered the unpainted fiberglass one but it was primed. The fit was good and the shop that did my painting and install said it looked good but I'm sure they touched up/sanded as part of their prep. They did however use their attachment tape for the install instead of what was originally sent with the spoiler. I was very pleased and it saved me several $$$. Thanks for the video.👍

Sometimes I browse Aliexpress to find something interesting for my MK7 GTI, actually I bought some minor things, some are ok, some don't worth. The idea to have a dedicated button to set TPMS is really attracting but after seeing you having too much work to install it discourages me lol. But it's always good to see your tutorials and improvements in your car, keep the good work!

Yea it's definitely something to think about lol. If I did it a second time it would be much easier, but you also don't really get instructions so luckily I found a forum post

You didnt have to wire it directly into the abs module. You can also wire it through TIUL T17d

what's the name of the seller of the buttons on aliexpres they are really excellent

Love the mod. Wish they did a usb for the gear shift button area.

cuz VW AG China gets their parts from the same manufacture as those aliexpress ones. VW is one of the most popular cars in china

Fills in a blank button and saves me 10 seconds of going into the menu to reset the tire pressure monitors. It's not needed, but I like tinkering and thought it was cool
