The base noble path is better because of the S tier hero selector at lvl 30

Tbh, I have studied her kit enough to know how well she performs. Once I have a fully built Dionel for playtesting, I will let you know!

@@turtlelagzgaming There isn't much information online about her. So if you make a video about Lyca+Dionel, it would probably be the only one. I consider Lyca to be the top normal attack support but she lacks single target damage. I'm hoping ex10 fixes that.
