I tried your FLAY build a few days ago, just to see if i could take down the tormented bosses on my barb, worked liked a charm, my gear had mostly masters to 4 or so. I went back to WW dust now, saw your new ww build, gonna copy it and see how it works with bosses. Keep the good work up man, your are a STAR ! You got my thanks, and a new sub =)

been using Rob's WW build for quite sometime.....after changing to this build, 90 second Pit101 is easy to achieve..my full buff attack power can go as high as 223k (i swap inner calm to neck).......thanks dude

Just turning to bleeding WW and although I don’t have Tyrell’s might I will, over time, get all master worked to 12. Getting gear to 12 made a huge difference on my bleeding bash build. I ran through lvl 71 pit with relative easy on gear not even close to being optimized. Thank you for the tip on spamming DD’s by not keeping the WW pressed…. I will see how that goes. Great work, appreciate the time taken to explain and give alternatives if you don’t have Ubers.

@TheWolv69 hey berserking can be maintained on bosses by hitting it with leap. Leap causes berserking when you hit at least 1 enemy with it.

Hey! Yeah the alt thing is annoying. They are fixing it next season but I got my temper at level 61 in my rogue. It really can't run super well without it and unfortunately even the best WW builds cap out in the mid 135 for pits. Damage isn't there yet to stack bleed.

I dont have a shako still, so rocking andariels visage on whirlwind and its pretty cool. Also put on yens blessing and masterworked damage reduction from close. Shouts pop all the time too which is sweet.

​@@TheStudio_70In my case I'm just climbing the pit levels along with the masterworking... But even with the non-ubers being under 925 levels (pants at 875 for instance) I'm getting through pit 89 in under 3.5 minutes with this setup. It's nice having a build for super late endgame as the season enters its last month and some people like my group have run enough tormented bosses and alts to have gotten the sparks to have the Ubers for this. :-)

The 3.5 minutes is only when I have a particularly stubborn boss fight :-). I've done in under 3 minutes routinely. Again, I love the build probably also just because of how fun the playstyle is tearing through at high speed

Did you just say "Go to your rogue and temper Critical chance with Marksmanship skills 3 times?" Cuz that's what I did 😂 As usual, very clean build exploration. Thank you for this!

Hey thank you! I haven't done the bash bleed build yet but it's a good one I hear. I have a straight damage bash build that's a ton of fun to play. It gets probably into the mid 130s

+Heavy Handed on the amulet is a bonkers multiplier. With a GA triple masterwork crit, it gives me 1200 crit damage, taking it from 4200 to 5400 😮

hey clips. i have a question... have you tried to run Conceited Aspect? wouldn't it work since we always have a barrier cause of Iron Skin.. that would be a 25% increase in damage while having a barrier active... just thought i would share. let me know what you think please

All the pros say 10: crit D to vulnerable I just put on the gear I can find and have fun. You don't need perfect stats to get this up and running just high crit chance

I accidentally crafted fury per second on my boots and I just left it. Been running it for awhile and it feels way better not needing to worry about fury

It's a good option but it doesn't count towards generating fury for your aspect to summon dust Devils. Fury on kill does.

Great video sir, but why are you using Inner Calm on your ring in your build link? I know the build in the link isn't updated to the Leap variant....but why ever take Inner Calm with Whirlwind? Especially when you're giving up Bold Chieftain.

I haven't had any need for bold chieftain with the build. I tested it so many times and the cooldown you get from disembowled is plenty. Inner calm gives your DD, WW and Tyraels might a 10% multiplicative through the entire run even if you don't get the 30% you always gain 10.

Hey yeah it does. I showed everyone on live stream tonight a run with only grandfather and it was still around 2 minutes. It does help by spreading bleed everywhere but not necessary

Between disembowled and marshal resetting cooldowns, it's up almost all the time. But it can work, I just like the extra damage.

Hello. Thank you for consistently posting amazing builds. Not sure if this is answered already but i couldnt find an explanation in the video: why vulnerable gems in the weapons. Would the build not be better to have more crit dmg gems in the weapon slots? TIA for the guidance.

Hey I'm shooting for about a 10:1 ration. Vulnerable still multiplies your bleed through the hemorrhage node. I needed a little more vulnerable damage

Hey it won't shrink significantly. I made sure to put a section in the video about ubers in case someone didn't have all of them for anyone reading this that has questions. You will feel it more with the increased resource cost than the damage

Was surprised to see no Twister Glyph in the paragon board as i was building this. Considering it's damage output at max.

The glyph is currently bugged and you aren't getting the 13% damage increase which is much more damage than the 500% additive. Hopefully they fix it next season.

Hey! I went over a couple options for the ring in the video, during the aspect section. I went with 10% constant damage vs 7 seconds of 30% and 7 seconds of 0. When the runs only take 1:30 seconds you spent 45 seconds of that without a buff on.

Happy Grandma here 😂. Easily clearing T101 in less than 3 minutes with imperfect gear and only 2 Ubers. Farmed sparks for Tyreal’s Might and easily doing T101s at 2 minutes. This is great for me, because I am not as quick as I might have been at one time 😂😂😂. Having fun so continuing to work on improving my gear and master working. (As someone mentioned when I first posted on one of your builds - you do appeal to all demographics 👵🏻

Are you running a GF and a Shako? The all stats on both should help you get there. Or a single dex gem would give you crit chance too.

Isn't there bug that You have additional bleeding damage when berserking BUT only from weapon not from Tyrael's Might and dust devils? I think Rob showed this in his video. Can You confirm that? Great video guide. Thanks.

I didn't bring it up but we are running Tyraels Might. It has resistances and with 3 diamonds and resistance all on boots you're maxed. I'm actually at 81%

@@cliptis86 Working on the gear - i need to swap 4 items compared to robs build. I have the feeling yours is better on the Boss but i am way more squishy. And with robs setup i have a 4s War Cry Cooldown when i hit 3 enemies. BUT it has way less bleed on Bosses. I try harder to get better gear :)

Does the bonus on edgemaster affect dust devil damage?

That's hard, it's up to you really Ty will help spread the damage and clear faster while shako adds more DR, plus resource Gen. Depends on how you feel in your runs.

Yeah but he's using the two-handed sword as the weapon for WW which is not working properly right now. The two-handed mace does a lot more damage if it's set to WW. So the test isn't very viable but like I said they both work so it's really up to you.

For this build there isn't much. You need the crit damage to Proc bleed. I got my temper at level 61 on my rogue.

@borimex20 I would level a rogue if you want to play the build. You need the crit damage to do any damage with this build. Without it your damage is going to be really low.

Gf isn't needed and shows double the crit damage, but it isn't scaling properly. Double the crit should do a lot more bleed damage but it's comparable to a 2h sword with crit damage on it and decent aspect, which makes me think something isn't right with it.

If you put the grandfather on and look at your stat line it actually is more than doubling it. I go from 1800 to 3900. Then gushing wounds takes your 3900 x 140× and that's your new bleed damage. It's a significant jump in bleed with a WW build.

@@cliptis86 it doesn't take the full number that GF gives you otherwise it would be substantially greater than a 2h sword with some crit damage on it. I'm not saying it's not a little more, but I've tested it on bash barb with Gushing wounds and a two hand sword with crit damage and crit temper rolled on rogue was pretty close to GF, while being a few thousand less crit damage total.

Hey! In the planner the yellow and blue dots indicate which masterworking crits you want for the future but starless sky is crit chance and grandfather is max life.

@@cliptis86 something just feels off. Feels like half the things hit by my dust devils don’t bleed and it makes clearing a chore. I will say the single target damage is definitely higher. I’ve heard the Uber unique chest cause bleeding when it hits things with the projectiles. I don’t have that chest though.

@pjw4125 sounds like your critical strike chance is low and gushing wounds isn't proccing. Did you see the part in the video where I covered gushing wounds and how I built my character for it?

Why the Grandfather vs Polearm? You said on another bleed / Crit build polearm was bettee

Hey for Flay polearms is better since flay itself generates bleed. The grandfather is best for this since you're only relying on Berserk ripping. Polearms is only best for none uber set ups. Grandfather is preferred

How do you have crit damage temperment?

Hey I gave a bunch of options in the aspect section if you want to change it up. I like the constant damage instead of the 50% up and 50% down from elements but I left that as an option for people.

why not using grandfather as a weapon for ww?

The two-handed sword weapon skill isn't working properly and you gain extra crit damage from a bludgeoning weapon which applies to gushing wounds.

What is the recommended order of the ubers? I have Shako and GF already, which one should I snag next Starless or Tyrael's?

If you have issues with fury starless sky, if not Tyraels for the AoE bleed.

@@cliptis86 yes I switched from someone’s build to yours and I haven’t gotten good rolls yet. Is the maxlife my problem or are there any other I need to change? Plus my masterwork on tyraels is on max resist twice. Now instead of me capping my resistances they’re 71 with a cap of 73 or 4 I think.

Yeah it is but you always gain 10× even if you're moving and it effects WW, Dust Devils and Tyraels might. If you ran something like elements in a 1:30s run 45s of the run you'd gain no buffs. So inner calm is just a constant source of extra multiplicative damage throughout the entire run.

how is your crit chance at 89%? I got ga crit on glove/amulet/1 ring and hit masterworking on them at least once still just around 70 lol

He has emeralds in his armour which increases his dex. Dex was over 1100

Hey yeah I realized I forgot to cover the gems. If you're feeling strong I replaced life gems with dex gems for extra crit. It's about 10% more crit.

Yeah I actually talked about other options in the aspect sections and why I had it on. If you wanted to run something else there you definitely have other options. It was just the constant source of damage for me. I move aspects all the time and just put the most constant ones in the planner.

Because your ww isn't your main damage it actually benefits you to use inner calm because it 10x all damage other damage aspects only boost skills or core skill damage which won't do much for this build

Hey it's gushing wounds. You need to have high crit chance to proc it and then high crit damage. I talk about it at the end of the skill section

Yeah with all the new affixes 60% is on the low side. You're only proccing gushing wounds 60% of the time. You want to shoot for 75 to 80%. I talked about how I geared the character and went straight for crit even if the other stats weren't the best. You can also use emeralds in your gear for another 10%

Increases your critical strike chance through dexterity which means you proc gushing wounds more often so you do all the bleed. You want at least 75% to 80% crit strike chance.

@krawn7146 the reason you run swords is they have crit damage and that scales with gushing wounds. WW can't overpower so it's just a wasted stat from using a mace. You definitely can use it though

I'm sitting ak 6200 crit damage and 610 vulnerable damage I slap everything

Yeah that would be cool. I have a good format down for build hours and even th power take me sometimes 4 to 5 hours. I gotta work on seeing those up, finding time to stream, work, record, edit and post comes down to my formatting. I'll look into that next since build guides seem to be working

I've been following Perra for seasons and have seen each version of Perra's WW build evolution on release. Every single part of Perra's build is different; skills, paragon, gems, aspects..... I've tried out 7 different bleed WW builds, 3 with leap. They are all very similar, because there are only so many ways to put a barb build together. Bring up each of the 2 builds side by side... every build tab has differences. Perra's latest version is a leapquake WW hybrid. Cliptis' is not. Clip uses leap to move faster, not to "fix WW boss damage".

I dont think edgemaster works for DDs and tyreals, they are not skills, edgemaster just buffs the whirlwind damage i think.

@B455PL4Y3R yeah I run inner calm in the build. I'll definitely test it out tonight. The only problem with elements in a minute and 20 second run 40 seconds of that you don't have any buffs

How can your Dust Devils aspect be so high on amulet? 7207 damage. My max is 5895:/

Because you get a 10% even if you are moving. In a minute and 30 second run elements is only active for 45 seconds. So I went with a constant 10% damage. I talked about it in the video

@kostisxristoforidis7196 no it's not. It not additive damage it's multiplicative damage so it's being calculated separately and constantly. Instead of down for 7 seconds and up for 7 seconds. You can run elements. I talked about that option in the video but I like the constant damage vs half the run with no extra damage.

They're not impossible to get, you can cruise through the Iron Wolves quest on multiple characters in tier 2 to get sparks.

@BS1071M I completely get it. I have a full-time job that's not gaming. A lot of people in my clan were asking for this build so I made it for them. We've hosted a ton of free Tormented runs, they do rotas all the time, so most of the people in my clan discord have the gear for this. You are welcome to hop into the discord server and join us! I did give options if you don't have all the ubers for gear you can use. I understand not everyone has access to them. They drop more than ever this season and a lot more people have them and want to use them in builds.

Yeah that's true, some people don't have that much time to play though so I understand where they are coming from. Most of my content doesn't revolve around ubers but people wanted this one.
