Its normal tarkov, but he plays the pve mode. You can see it in the corner down below his stamina bar.

Oh my god your right. This dude would pay 250$ for offline and better pockets, but not to make the annoying thin grey text on his computer disappear for around 40 dollars. Spending decisions of some of these people man…

pve tarkov must have buffed loot because how easy it is to find rare loot
