Adam Backström fears nothing - Using his old and slightly modified Volvo PV 544 he demonstrates that you can have fun, even with this old and boxy car! He rather goes wide than narrow, which makes him somewhat of a favorite amongst spectators!
Some call him an insane rally driver, all we know is that his name is Adam. ;)

Sweet memories-my first car was a used 1963 544 I bought in 1966. I drove it for 20 plus years. I wish Volvo would produce a 2021 modernized 544.
This car model was relesed in 1947 in Sweden...74 years ago..and this mad man is still trowing it around the bends in rallys ;) Love it !

Volvo never made 2-stroke car engines. You must be thinking of Saab, DKW or Trabant.
