damage there is weird. in my experience it tends to be higher than actuald amage. with sage, i could kill a 401dp target with 273 ap with a simple combo, not even optimized. on live the damage was almost half

Glab dmg are not accurate actually, wait for the official release then test it out for better results, I've done this many times on 2-3 classes and the dmg output on Glab is waaaaay more higher than official servers

Yup I know, even if the damage was lower in live servers, the combo will most likely be the same as for the CC, and respective damage compared to other skills that are not used. Will test again when it's live

The old classes were already obsolete, seeing the fluidity and movement of the drakania this will be increasingly evident, it's getting like LOL, with more than 100 classes all full of problems and broken.

you have 3 accessories that increase precision including the bheg c20, it is obvious that with 261ap and with all the precision that you bring with you, your rival with 403dp without evasion will find everything very easy

I used accuracy accessories to reach exactly 261, the accuracy itself is irrelevant because my target is playing DR and I already have 100% hit rate, even without them.

This is kind of why I quit playing. Damage in the game is ridiculous and each new class has more damage and more mobility than the last. As a striker main, even with over 380DP and supposedly the "most tanky class", I get one-shot by most people during any of my skill animations and I certainly can't get any damage or skills off in large scale PVP if even I evaporate to AoEs. What am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to outplay that? I could spend 50-100 hours to get my c20s and more DP but I hear people with 401DP complain about the same things and then I see videos like this. It seems the only way you can play BDO is to go full AP and suicide bomb as a Musa or Zerk, try to i-frame around as a ninja or sorc, or play a ranged class.

Striker is rough in large scale. But its still very good in pve, 1v1 and small scale. And it doesnt need accuracy to kill evasion targets. If your focus is modewars and large scale striker is not a good class for that. Like most of the classes tbh, but those others are often not as string as striker in 1v1, pve or small scale. Imo striker is a very strong class overall, just weak in large scale and strong everywhere else. Also 380dp is not that high, im sure it is borderline the minimum for evasion gear to be worth it. It is what, c9 and duo labreska/fallen god? Thats the bare minimum, of course you are not tanky. A 281 guy with pvp addons can one combo you with just accuracy artifacts.

@@MaybeButNo_ I appreciate the input, and yeah I guess 380 isn't very high; but AP is easy to get and so many people are running around with 301-309 or more and 1-3 skill me and can easily kill people 401DP. DP takes so much more investment than AP. I'm 301AP/381DP with Kutum; and sure I do a lot of damage when I connect; but the game is full of rat classes that rely on I-frames while I have zero counter play. I can't SA or I die, my FG gets blown up in 1 skill and I die, or I blow my 2 weak i-frames and now I'm left with nothing and I can't SA trade. I'm not saying I should survive combos; but I just don't know how to operate in the meta as an SA class when the damage completely negates any outplay I'm supposed to be able to do. It used to be I could skillfully use my FG to block big damage skills, or rotate SA and force SA trades; but now I just die no matter what I do. It's frustrating to see a class like ninja or ranger do more damage than me while also avoiding 300B in gearing because they rely on i-frames or range instead of DP. I'd probably still play if I was interested in playing one of those classes; but I really miss the glory days of Striker being a bruiser. I think the game started going downhill when fast HP pots were added and the game started to be more about burst damage rather than attrition and good positioning.

@@Mekose the game went downhill for me when reworks dropped. Too many classes were given too much damage for little effort. Even on an I frame class, you can't I frame forever. And you have to stop I framing to do damage. I don't think anyone that isn't at hard cap is really having any fun. I'm 645gs on console after 10 months of playing, and I still just die standing up instead of being cc'd and then finished. It's so rare that someone actually catches me for a combo instead of just using their big damage SA skill while I am trying to combo someone. Pre rework the game was less about throwing your gear around than it is now.
