I drove an old Chevy c10 like Vickie truck. We pulled race car with it and raced the truck as well in lower class. I’m telling you this to tell you one little things we did to that truck that made it worlds better towing and cutting light on track. We dropped the rear axle down took out the stock half ton coil springs and put 3/4 ton coil springs in it. No other mods and did not change front springs. Towed way better and was great off the line on track. Very cheap upgrade but very well worth it if your going to tow with the truck.

I love how the 64 is truly used as a shop truck and the Malibu can daily. Staying true to the OMG mission of just old school clean builds. Amazing watching bill go from carb videos to true quality family entertainment. And narration right on cue.

If you come south Gulfport dragway is a great place to come race or test and its usually warm enough in January and February. Hope to see you there.

You should bring the car down to Bradenton Motorsports Park in Florida. It has all new concrete and lots of grip. It would be a great place to set personal best times in the Malibu.

I saw a 97/98 Deville outside of tulsa one time with killer paint, gold trim, gold wheels and a fresh peanut butter vinyl top, the plate said "crkilac", it was the polar opposite of the crackerbarrel Malibu.

My favorite channel, by far! All those cubes and stroke tamed the big cam.

Great Video, I have been to PRI a couple of times when it was in Orlando. Even back then it required credentials. I have small repair shop that does performance work so i was legit . It is a great event for a performance gear head.

79 is the perfect year that’s what I have. 78-79 grill and 79 only tail lights. Best year all around for g bodies!
