Maybe you're not familiar with Chump but he's well known as a high-energy / intense hearthstone player -- capslock is 100% aligned to his always-on, nonstop persona.

I saw a couple people review this card and compare it to Subject 9 and say it probably sucked, but I don't think they really thought about this card and how its play pattern works. It's a late game value generator. Subject 9 sucked because half the time you drew it after you'd played almost every secret in your deck anyway, and then you had to pay to cast them all. This just casts an average of 10 mana worth of spells for 5 mana off the top, and WANTS to come down after you've played almost every secret in your deck. That's way better than Subject 9. That's effectively mana cheat and card duplication, allowing Reno Hunter to run a "second copy" of all their secrets and regular Hunter to run a "third copy" for one card. trump vc: INCREDIBLE VALUE. THE VALUE, FOLKS

Subject 9 required running a lot of bad cards to get worthwhile value (7+ or so secrets). Half the secrets you play nowadays are pulled out of nowhere (observer of mysteries and titan forged traps) so you don't even have to hard run 5+ unique secrets to get full value.

A single Celestial Projectionist might be okay, since in addition to Product 9, the Corsairs, the Observers, and any of the Animal Companions are potentially valuable targets. My gut is telling me it will feel too slow and win-morey, especially in a glorified face deck for Hunter, which will tend toward wanting more direct pressure or damage.

i made a deck similar to this but it also had Mystery Eggs and Yelling Yodeler in order to get 0-cost copies of Product 9. it was a lot of fun but probably worse than this deck hahaha

That amalgam minion is pretty unlucky he just needed rush for the game to end very differently

I think big beast/secret is the greatest combo

Yeah, no stream - you sometimes get full vods over on the ChumpHS VOD channel, but largely watching Chump is not an interactive experience.

@alexnevskygod7088 games are still completely decided by matchup and its even worse because skill expression really matter the least now because of powercreep, you have infinite draw and infinite power with cards so just keep playing your cards over and over without using 2 neurons and you win the game. Back then you had to use your cards correctly in different matchups because you wouldnt have infinite draw and decks used to go to fatigue MUCH MORE than now, what game goes to fatigue now and its decided by a missplay? ZERO. Game balance and skill expression is a joke now, if you cant see that than you were never able to appreciate good hearthstone balance revolving around board control and countering to begin with

Pure RNG deck. Faced it a bunch on ladder and if you dont get singer and bow in the first couple of turns you're dead. You also look exactly like what I expect hunter players to look like, corny haircut, no passion, monotone voice, etc
