@@hydro00000 No SF player will take level 7 to ult because of many reasons. 1: The scale damage of ult depends on the soul SF possess (currently level 3) which means less damage than what is should be 2: High CD ult makes you less flexible, You wont try to make plays because if you mess up then there is a high CD 3: Mana to damage ratio is less as compared to leveling razes.
