These white chocolate and cashew cookies are insanely good! A perfect balance of sweet and salty and the wonderful flavor of white chocolate chips and brown sugar.
Here is the recipe:
3 cups All purpose four
1 cup butter at room temperature
1 cup of white granulated sugar
1 cup of tightly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups white chocolate chips
2/3 cup salted cashews
