Repub is my favorite T8 it can absolutely muller everything in front of it when given the chance you can’t sleep on this ship if you do get ready for a paddlin

As a cruiser main I find out if they are FFWF by shooting HE at the center of the ship. When I get a fire, I check to see if one or two center fires are burning. If 2 and I only got credit for 1 fire, then they are running FFWF, I'll set one more and let them burn. If only 1 fire is burning (center of ship) then they are NOT running FFWF and I proceed to set 4 fires before switching to AP or switch to another target. FFWF is easy to detect most of the time. also I find it surprising at how many DO NOT run FFWF. Its not as common as it SHOULD be. I'd say only 60 percent or so of the BB's I fight have FFWF running.

I love the high tier french battleships, I have the Champagne and she is a beast, a mini Repub at range

Spartan I've watched your vids since I started playing and I'm fairly new to the game and I want to say thank you for teaching me and other new players a lot about the game, I managed to get a 150k dmg and kraken game in the new mexico (which is my highest tier ship) and your tips definetly helped me a ton!

My favorite ship at tier 8. Got a Kraken on her about 2 weeks ago and got a vid in my channel to prove it under Republique Kraken Royale with Cheese.

I go by the assumption everyone has FFWF. If theyre running will to rebuild then perfect! But most players now are turning to FFWF!

Are you going to try the ships that in store for open test? I'm currently using g the Hampshire and I must says for a tier 7 cruiser it's a beast. It's citadels every cruiser I've come across so far it slaps and can take a fair bit of punishment

It’s been awful recently. I’ve even changed to a reload build, as it doesn’t seem any worse. Repub used to be really accurate

Personally i just aim to get a perma double fire (sometimes the triple fire can be tricky as you have to aim for bits of the ship that isn't burning), and just switch targets and repeat

Hey, I've noticed on some videos out there the home screen looks like you're in a command center and the ships you view are just models. Was that an old background style or what? It looks fresh and I'm wishing I could get my home screen in that style

Yeah but while he did damage it was against BBs mostly and no caps or defenses so lower xp earned
