Cool stuff. I had alot of trouble at first understanding the mechanics of the initial bottom card glide until I realized two crucial pointers you might think about adding. First is the crucial role the index finger plays in keeping the pack together as the bottom card is slid. Once I started squeezing the deck fairly firmly between thumb and index, the deck stopped squirting out of my hand. Second is that the bottom card isn't "rotated" but "pulled" back, allowing it to naturally snap behind the top pack when it breaks the plane.

I've been in the business for a long time... and I have to say, some of your slights are absolute perfection. I love watching your videos as they are pure ART!!!!! Thank you for posting these. Your skills in performing these bring back that feeling I had when I was young and fooled by illusions easily. Now that time has passed and I've "seen it all" it takes a lot to get that same feeling I once had when I saw something amazing. Your videos bring that magic back for me. It's not so much that I am 'fooled' by them -- it's that even though I know how you're doing them, you do them so well I can't see it happening. Love your work. Thanks again for putting all this effort into sharing your talents with the community.

Mayong hapon po! I literally just today bought a pack of cards from National Bookstore, they're p50, super low quality but good enough to practise. I also have some other junk cards from somewhere that are a little bit smaller, the NatBS ones are a bit big for my hands so I am not sure how it will go once I have the technique nailed. Good luck!

Palm (v.): To place the flat part of your palm onto a card without any perceptible pressure points and have it just stay there -- also it won't flash even a little bit when you do a move even if half the card is sticking out past your wrist

The way to do it is just hold the bottom with your middle,ring and pinky fingertips (doesn't need to be all of them), hold the top with your thumb, then apply pressure from underneath with the nail of your index, then release with the thumb. I hope this helps, sorry that I don't know the exact name. If you look through tutorials like the backpalm shot, flick shot, etc which are similar , you may find the flick you're looking for

Yeah, I’d say it’s an excellent effect. I was actually searching for how to do the change of the back of the deck, but this was going to be next. I’m just barely a beginner at doing any card magic or illusion and I stopped mid video to write this, so I still have very little idea how it’s done.
