Ikr. I personally think MKX is overrated and that MK11 is better. I just feel like this game is unresponsive and inconsistent, as well as looking like shit some of the time. It's really unclear what a hit is and what an over-the-top animation is

@@blipus8711 Yes except that MKX is better then 11, Mkx has flaws and is rather inconsistent and unbalanced but most people prefer the faster gameplay, X- rays, Creative Combos, the Roster and requested guest characters, No shit zoning or Krushing Blows etc

@@blackandwhiteart3790 I never said that I was most people. I just think that the game is really overrated, especially since it has some of the most inconsistent gameplay of any fighting games. You may say that the combos are more varied, yet when you watch pros, or even Super play MKX, they use the exact same strings every single time. Fatal Blows are one of the most liked parts of MK11's format, especially since they blend well with their respective characters, and they are a somewhat fair 'last breath' feature. Some people prefer the separate defensive and offensive bars. Gameplay in MKX is so varied in its speed that I find it impossible to love or hate its pace; more inconsistency. I will admit, MK11 has flaws, like a poor breakaway system as opposed to Kombo Breaking (but I do think the separate bar thing is still a good idea, just switch out the Breakaway and Kombo Breaker), but I have never seen anyone else say that MKX's roster is completely 100% better. The reason people don't like MK11's roster is because of the fact it doesn't have everyone from MKX, just like MKX didn't have everyone from MK9 like Smoke, for instance.

Total has alot of far reaching combo strings so wiff punishing your opponent will get you alot of wins. Just keep walking forward and backwards until they push a button then punish with your farthest reaching string.

Kotal is one of those that you need to be patient with. Half of his moves are quick, the other, more used (at higher play) are slightly slower than your average special move. For instance, his totems, which you should definitely use, take ages to play through, so you cannot just try to cancel into them

Yeah it's a x-ray brutality but you have to hold the down button.

This game has been out for 6 years, and a match doesn’t take long. It’s very likely that this is just the game that the person comes back to every day since they enjoy more than most. I think you could probably get in 10 or more games a day within two hours or less.
