Dagon is such a unique person. It figures that Inquisition are not only a great but also very unique black metal band. I love listening to his voice, his answers. Everything you ask him he truly thinks about and mirrors it with a dignified, meaningful replic.

Mercurozel Nikolaj If he was caught with CP back in 2008, especially what they accused him of, he would have and still been in prison. The charges were dropped 10 years ago, so he wasn't guilty of possessing CP. A month ago I believed that Dagon was a pedophile, until I look at the case in it's entirety.

I saw them last year in Devilstone (a metal open air here in Lithuania) and even though I was so tired that I could barely stand I just stood there struck by the power, the strength with which Inquisition performed. I've seen some strong bands, some veteran bands live (like Vader for example) but none of them looked THAT strong on stage. It's these two guys against the world -a and they're winning. Truly and unbelievable experience.

my favorite thing about Inquisition are the subtle layers coming in and out of the overall sound. sound beneath sound. an under current moan and groan humming of the void. the sound of the universe.

*Great inspiring guy & band ( or duo ) =) who genuinely loves Metal, Thrash Metal needs to be respected indeed, imo if any style of extreme metal is not rooted in Thrash it has absolutely no power.*

  • @nephrenqayin254

I totally agree with Jason Weirbach. Thrash metal needs to be respected even if other metalheads don't like it. Thrash metal made Death and Black Metal possible...period. I'm a metalhead since I was 9-10 years old; now I'm 40+ years old and still a metalhead and I saw how thrash metal was born and how it developed and later how Death and Black Metal came to be known.
