I had no idea i had to clean the filter ..the technician never said anything to me or cleaning the nasal part ..it was said in the booklet but not shown to me or any diagrams ,so this is why i am here ..but i do not want to mess about with something that i could be doing wrong,as none of this was described to me ...not as easy as i thought this woule be ..i had it in hoosital for 5 days ..same time looking at phone on charge, vaseline on dry lips and moisturiser on face as all so dry ..not once nurse/doc said no phone charging or said anything on there daily rounds as it was obvious charging or adviced me about moisturiser when they put it on me ...anyhow ..now home the booklet states all of this ..working out expensive having to buy waterbase products plus too heavy on my shoulder outside so will have to buy the rucksack which hopefully will be easier for me being as i lost so much weight and am just 5 an half stone ..but definitely will not be attempting the filters or unsvrewing anything i will be calling them for reassurance that they will do it ..but why in the book tell u the filter should be cleaned once a week but have no diagram of where its situated or of how to clean it !!! ... As you can geuss i am pretty stressed by the whole thing .. cleaning and unsrewing i can do without ..rant over.

I thought the company who supplied it did this ? How often does this have to be done .?

Ive used these before at my job and we would always calibrate it to make sure it was still putting out the proper percentage of 02 with and 02 Analyzer . Are you familiar with this
