Trying to recover from being hyper sexual! I'm currently 14 and the internet made my mind so disgusting, so I'm trying to clear up my thoughts and ways of thinking 😅 ( I'll edit the results ^^🎀) (I'm bad at writing and my adhd went brr so sorry if it's all over the place) EDIT: GUYS IM BACK!! I took a break from yt and social media for a while and went to therapy/ explored my interests barely touching my phone. I went to a mental hospital after and I took time to reflect on my life ( made some friends too ^=^)my mind is not as dirty and I have a good amount of hobbies/ enjoy doing them a lot. ++ I deleted most of my socials, and I have new perspectives on life (more positive and happy, ++ outgoing) I'm gonna also make a new yt channel since I watched nsfw and don't want to relapse, even though I barely listened to this I think it had an affect that made me want to seek for help, become better and give me a more innocent outlook on life, it will get better ily all, I hope you guys heal and have a happy life ^__^

I'm 18 and I have to admit i've seen it, been through it. My mother attempted to abandon me and my sister when I was 5. I was returned to a father that had to grow up more than I did. I was abused severely emotionally, physically, verbally, even sexually a few times (not by my father). I've been to foster care twice. I had a problem with marijuana because my father decided it was alright to pressure me into smoking it with him. I'm pretty sure I have a p+rn addiction because I thought reading it would help me feel better about my problems. I can definitely admit that my father has changed way more than I ever thought he could and I'm proud of him. I have a baby brother and sister now, I want to change for them. I need to make a change, I know addiction and trauma is embeded deep into me, but I feel if I don't make a change soon, then its going to be too late. Internet really ruined me TW! I was playing wolvesville like usual even though I wasn't over 16, some random dudes started talking about corn and I searched it, my biggest regret ever I can't even dare to show my face to anyone now

I just started using this, and it feels like its already working 😄

so pretty much when i was in the 1st grade i injured myself and i remember all the blood on the floor on the white auditorium floor and my chipped teeth and cut lip. i feel sick around blood so the memory is terrible i just want to get rid of it

listening this to forget cringe thoughts, trauma thoughts, and have a more peaceful mindset. only listened this once and I already feel so relaxed and peaceful.

this is an awesome sub :)) Ik im late but I have one thing to say. We're *probably* still kids. We shouldn't know about anything dirty٫ have bad trauma٫ and all that. We should still be enjoying our lives innocently w/o any dirty thoughts٫ so if you're watching this٫ you're doing the right thing

This video really captured childhood innocence simply...and it catched the whole feeling,the feeling of the cute cartoons we always watched, we usually go on with our daily life instead of truly immersring ourselves into how spritiually feeling can childhood and innocence and purity and memories can bring us,the feeling of how everything is a heaven, everything is fine and everyone is happy, you are happy and happy to the core, joyful and always want to be curious and discover the world,wonderful and always wondering,almost as if your mind is meant to be very open and fluid.

Updating everyday! (Also I made this comment 1 day or so after watching for the first time!) Day 1: I listened in the morning and night (rn) and it sort of worked but I'll never stop listening until my mind is fully clean and innocent :3 this sub is the best!!

Thank you! I was only 9 when my life was ruined, my best friend told me about it but it wasn't her fault she needed to get things off her chest because her sister told her this when she was 9-10 (before I met her) and both of our life's were ruined, I really hope this works.
