I think it is very rare to feel so very seen or supported as I did in watching this video. It is okay for people to not like things we do and to critique them, but what a joy to know someone who has for years been willing to step into the spaces we create. Thanks for the walk-thru. I haven't decided how I feel about AI art but I totally trust Kelly & Patrick to create something wonderful and unique. The images are captivating and magical. I do, however, have some difficulty with the changes in the elements and the directions.

Thanks Jamie! As far as the elements go, they are still connected to in the traditional tarot way: (Air / Swords), (Water / Cups), (Fire / Wands) and (Earth / Pentacles). We expanded to add how we really 'see' the elements in nature, but 100% I can see where it may vary person to person. In this deck, in the North, where it is perpetual Winter, it's so cold you can see the AIR as you breathe. In the East, where it is perpetual Spring energy, you see the WATER with rainfall, lakes, streams, oceans. In the South were it is perpetual Summer, you can see the FIRE with the fiery sun hanging overhead, ever present, and then in the West, where it is perpetual Fall, you can see the EARTH as the leaves both change and fall to the ground :) Because the suits are directional and take you to perpetual seasons, where the elements are very visible in this fantastical inner world, it might even help to look at them like realms. One could say the realm of Wands, Cups, Swords and Pentacles too! Hope this is helpful!

@@TheLivingWheel Hi Patrick, I understand the changes. The seasons and the directions are the same but I see East as Air (Swords), South as Fire (Wands), West as Water (Cups) and North as Earth (Pentacles). I have a strong association this way due to my Druid training and its hard to adjust.

Most definitely this is very strongly associated to my correspondences so they would definitely be harder to work with if your element/season/directions are different, which many people's are!

It is a stunning deck. I watched the videos with Kelly and Patrick and this deck blew me away. I ordered right away from Make Playing Cards and I received my copy today🎉. I got the tarot size and downloaded the pdf that came with it. I am looking forward to delving into this one! Beautiful walk through my friend ❤❤❤

Oooo, I am SO glad you got it. I have been finding GREAT pairings for it. It seems to want to talk to just about any other deck, especially if the deck is at all fantasy or romantic. Yummy! 😋😋😋

There are NO WORDS for how watching this made me swell in so many ways my friend. This whole project just has been so profound, personal and FULL of so much JOY - and watching your video, made me feel all those ways and more. I love Kelly's classes. I'm currently enrolled in her Runes, Lenormand, casting courses and her Sigil workshop. I've taken her tarot class and it's great :) She is one of my go to people for learning something new. This is a beautiful deck! Excited! Kelly and Patrick are good people.

I was not interested in this deck until I watched Kelly and Patrick's walk-thru and chat about the creation of the deck and their commentary on each card. Wonderful video as it gave me another (again) wonderful aspect of the tarot as a whole that I had not yet considered. Ordered it that night from MPC. Thank you for this lovely walk-thru and sharing your stories regarding your friendship with Patrick and Kelly and, of course, your perspectives of the tarot. Always an education with you, Tamara.
