Razors are probably your best bet to go if your just starting out. Genesys are a good model. Pretty reasonable price too, Aggressivemall is a great place to check out. Good luck!

Just stumbled across this video looking for examples of what you can do with a DSLR camera for making short films. This film is beautiful, and so is the soundtrack. It's perfect! And I love the editing and the colors.I am completely new to DSLRS and film making and don't have a lot of money. Would you recommend the t3i or 60d for making films? I can't afford a 7d and also what software would you recommend to someone starting out? Sorry for all of the questions, this film just really inspired me.

Personally, I wouldn't go with K2, but that's my preference. I've skated Xsjado for about 3 years or so, and I absolutely love them- huge soul plates, and good control. Also you get the ability to have shoes inside of your skates. USD (especially their Carbon skates) have incredible control, and last a long time. But Valos are pretty good too, they just hurt your ankles before you get used to them, which is something that every skate does to some extent. But good luck, and happy blading!
