My Dad died the next day at UT hospital. We where there at the game when Inky got injured only to open up another door to his incredible journey and now I I travel on without my best friend and game day buddy.This video is a real testimony to the human Spirit.

Prays to your family

I was 10 yards from inky at the game when he went down. It was terrifying to see in person, when it happened we heard he wouldn't walk again. It's amazing to see not just what he overcame, but what he is doing with his life after. VFL

I'd go into any battle with Inky Johnson by my side. Thank you Inky for being a warrior for God.

Power Speech ! Unreal best talk about football I ever heard.

The first thing I'm going to do every morning for the rest of my life is listen to this speech. It's been hard on us lifers the past decade! Watching this video just helped remind me the way every single Vol fan used to strut to Neyland! The whole country knew TN Football wasn't no joke! Hopefully, Inkie sticks around Knoxville and keeps reminding these young guys that if they put in the work and win football games. Shortly they'll see what it's like to be gods in the state Tennessee! #ran through my wall

He had a career ending injury on 9/9/06 against Air Force, a week after a huge win over 9th ranked Cal to open the season. I was at that game, and had a sick feeling about it, I think everybody in that stadium knew something was wrong the moment it happened.
