Two months ago, MEC for co-operative governance and traditional affairs Refilwe Mtshweni announced that community work programmes would be introduced with a special focus on tribal areas in the jurisdiction of 17 traditional leaders. The projects are meant to create jobs that will sustain the people of Mbuzini and surrounding areas. To tell us more we are joined by Inkosi Mandla Mlambo II.
