Underworld killerHorror, Lucky 7-also Help_tale I don’t recognize that strange Napstablook (probably Delta napstablook from Fabletwist, but it’s like Delta sans) Parasite Fresh (the parasite takes control of fresh I think). Still UnderFresh Seraphim Sans, (but he looks different).-he’s from an alternate timeline (still undertale) (watch The Thought to see his origin).

I love how Undertale had a story line reason for absolutely everything in the game, so now fan games can have random glitches or oddities in them, and people would be like "so that must mean in this univers--" followed by whatever explanation they cook up in their brain, but not even the Undertale spread of fan games have an explanation for why just about every fangame out there, except for Pokemon, has to be Kaiso!

Few months late, but the most common answer I see is that these hacks are made by those who loved the games; they played them forever, they knew every little trick about them, every inch of the levels and all the techniques...and it was too easy for them, eventually. So often when they made a hack/game, they scaled it until it was a challenge for THEM, which inevitably means that anyone fairly new to the series/genre will be hard-pressed to even beat "level 1" of many of these hacks. They don't consider one-time game finishers because, well - they only played it once; looking for fangames at that point is somewhat unusual given the original game still has some replay value.

Dimondium Definitely a logical explanation for this, Makes me think of the few fan games I’ve played that teach you some of the tricks you might not find in the vanilla game. Usually those games are tough but fair, but will eventually get ridiculously hard. I can give those games a pass. Overall I just want to see more on the creative side rather than the challenge side.

i now want to see Merg play the old Help_tale unitale battles, though I don't think they'd be very interesting compared to most of the battles that are out now-a-days, mostly just want to see his reaction.

Ink help, so its basically ink tale and helptale. So it’s the normal fight but it’s help gale, like help fresh, or help swap, well, something like that.

i don't know why i think help_tale is fascinating, its just that something you remember normally and then seeing the terrifying version of it
