インジェクションスポーツ乗りは是非見てください。
以前からご紹介しているニュートラルランプスイッチ。
この部品は当店では全車種交換しております。
ニュートラルランプは点灯しなくなると、エンジンがかからなくなってしまいます。クラッチを握ればかけられますが、ハンドル周りのすっきり加工をしてある車両だと、かける術がなくなってしまいます。
当店でもかなりの数のインジェクションスポーツを扱ってきておりますが、ほとんどの車両で交換が必要になっています。
無事交換が終わり、出荷できると思ったら…
アイドリングがやたらとばらついて不安定…
お客さんに確認してみたところ、たしかにそのような不具合があったとのことでした。
診断してみたところ、インテークマニホールドのシールから二次エアーを吸い込んでいました。インテークマニホールドシールの交換、スロットルボディーの洗浄。この作業も当店で出荷するインジェクションスポーツは全車種作業することにしました。
インジェクション車でも一番古いのは2007年モデルです。
基本的に10年経過した車両は、ゴム関係の部品は一新した方が良いでしょう。ぜひご自身の車両の整備履歴を確認してみてください。

We have been introducing the neutral lamp switch for some time now.
This part is replaced in all models in our store.
If the neutral light does not come on, the engine will not start. You can start the engine by clutching the clutch, but if the vehicle has been neatly modified around the steering wheel, there is no way to start the engine.
We have handled quite a few injection sports vehicles, and most of them require replacement.
Just when you think you are ready to ship the vehicle after a successful replacement...
The idling is very erratic and unstable...
We checked with the customer and found that there was indeed such a problem.
After diagnosing the problem, we found that secondary air was being sucked in through the intake manifold seal. We replaced the intake manifold seal and cleaned the throttle body. We decided to work on all injection sports cars that we ship in our store for this work as well.
The oldest injected vehicle is the 2007 model.
Basically, for vehicles that are 10 years old, it is advisable to renew rubber-related parts. Please check the maintenance history of your vehicle.

これは大変な作業ですねー。でも手際が凄くイイですね。さすがです‼️ 883購入して最初に修理して貰ったのはニュートラルスイッチでした。その次がアイドリング不調。今まで乗って来た国産車より故障が少ないです😀

だいぶ慣れましたが…あとから作業するより出荷整備と同時の方が楽なことに気が付きました笑

Il y a certaines zones qui nécessitent une attention particulière, mais il est plus facile et plus rapide d'effectuer le travail par rapport à un carburateur. Et les salaires sont moins chers pour cela !

コメント失礼致します。 ポリッシャーで磨いてた時に使っていた、先端部に付いてたものは、ウールバフでしょうか？それとも、スポンジでしょうか？ アルミをポリッシュする時おすすめのバフが有れば教えて頂きたいです。

スポンジバフを使用してます。ただすぐ目詰まりしてだめになるのでウールの方が良いかもしれません。ただスポンジの方が細かなとこまで食い込むので使いやすいですね。
