Sir i swift zdi 2012 odometer reading 120000km. Subah cold start pe rpm hlka sa rpm up down hota hai 1 minutes tk.cabin main viberation hoti hai. Koi white or black smoke nhi...egr intercooler glow plug ok aa....kya problem ho sakti aa??

Aap se is ummid ke sath maine apne man ki bat ki hai ki iska koi solution nikalenge. Ek viwer ki aap se bahot ummid hai or mai aapse aasa krta hu ki aap meri samsya ka koi nidan awasy nikalenge

Aap ek kam kijiye,aur do mechanic ko dikhake dekhiye,aur wo kya kehte hai,wo samjiye,agar dono ne yahi peoblem bataya toh samaj jaiye ki,wo part change karna padega,aisa bhi hosakta hai,koi dusri problem ho,aur car thik hojae.

Brother thats just a chinese machine on which he is checking the injector. I request every Diesel car owner to get their injectors checked and cleaned on workshops who have german test bench or italian test bench. These chinese machinery does not give satisfactory results and can also damage the injectors. The original machines cost about 50L- 1 Cr. Not every workshop has it. I am from delhi and know a great workshop, they are the continental authorized dealers.

You may be right, but at the end of the day results matter,and I got satisfactory results by cleaning this injectors,you can clearly see in the video,before cleaning injectors and after cleaning injectors,and also the German machine which you have mentioned must be having higher cost for cleaning per injectors.

I also add additives in diesel. So it necessary. I added additives that time problem occurred.

You can have unltrasonic cleaning which is 10-15 min work. After cleaning check the injector it is 100% fine. UTC Cleaning required 300-400 rupess. 😅

Agar diesel mein water mix rehta hai ya kachra aata hai,toh injector kharab hojate hai,isliye ek hi bar mein half tank ya full tank fill Karlene ke, koi trusted petrol pump se.
