My 1500seris oerkins is mixing oil and diesel. I have change the injectors after working for 48hrs it mixed again please what can be the problem

Double check your oil cooler check leakage forom your pump all make sure all seal is not worn out

Nice video and tutorial. I have perkins engine too. It's 80 KVA. I got issued in frequency (Hz). My engine sometime got an alarm "over frequency shutdown" when auto backup onload in 12% of load. Sometimes when i tested for run up without load, the DSE alarm got alarm too.. I have tried your tutorial adjusment the injection pump. The rpm at 1542 and 51,5 Hz frequency when it's offload and at 1500 rpm and 50 Hz when onload at 14% load. But still the over frequency alarm from DSe occured when it tested offload for run up or auto backup when the main pss is off so my engine can not back up because it was shutdown from dse. Just sometimes occured, not always. This anomally makes me desperated. I use deepsea DSE 7420, engine perkins 1104 80 kva, and stamford alternator. Btw. What i should i do ? Thx for your time..

Do this test to put the engine load if happen same setuation how much speed rise and down thin check yo your configuration if you put the transent delay yo 3-5 sec delay if not it happen this same again2

@@benzblogsVlogs but still its sometimes alarm "overfrequency shutdown" when its auto backup or test run up without load. Sometimes this engine success to auto backup the load. And its always succes backup the load when i test simulating main pss is out. There is no alarm when i tested it.

Hi.. brother..I have problem by this injection pump but everything you said I did then frequency was stable.but when I connected load(compressor) my disesl generator get back stage and frequency set on 45hertz...who could solve this problem

If you calculate the load and its not exceed to the calculation of your generator capacity thin the problem is your pump already

Just clean the fuel line filter for no blockage happen its also make engine droop to low frq

What it carrys load and switch off within 2 minutes

Most common is shockload and no delays that happen to shutdown the engine
