You can contact to plants of beverages local brands for providing bottles on cheaper cost than others. Give your quotations to them. And don't ignore big names , send your details to them also. You can start making lunch boxes in bulk and sell them to various shopkeepers on discounted prices. The vendors of injection molding machine can give you suggestions about die makers.

As per your example for thermoset is totally wrong because pet , polypropylene and polyethylene is a thermoplastic...not 🚫 a thermoset....best example for thermoset material is polyurethane resin and backlight.....etc
