Agree. Tired of people looking for any reason to complain. Night 1 had a lot of good matches and the show did have a kind of “new” presentation with the camera work/commentary/wrestlers blurring lines shoot/kayfabe. And always watching your stream makes it even better. Thank you Wheezy, here’s to Night 2.

I agree it felt odd for a Wrestlemania show. I thought the matches were good, nicely paced and given decent time. I wasnt surprised who left w/ the Raw tag titles but was pleasantly shocked with how the Smackdown belts were won. The musical moments felt odd. Found myself fastforwarding through the Lil Wayne moment. I was bummed the one to take the belt off Gunther was Sammy but only because I dont think Sammy needed the rub. I thought it could have better helped a talent like Chad Gable.

Watched the whole stream and never was a dull moment . Keep the amazing work and use that contagious smile more.

Anytime you have an open venue the crowd will seem not as loud or “into it” as would a closed in venue. Doesn’t mean the weren’t thriving. But good call in the temperature possibly affecting them.

1000% agree with your point about the negativity being exhausting. If something is objectively bad, fine… but I think some people fall in love with their own ideas too much and wind up resentful when they don’t happen. Overall, I thought Mania Night 1 was superb! Closest thing to downers were the lulls in the Mysterio match and the Usos match being a little repetitive. But, even then, those are nitpicks in the grand scheme of things. Very much looking forward to night 2!

R-Truth getting his WrestleMania moment was the best part of the night. The night did feel rushed but with as cold as it was, I'd have been rushing it too

I watched your whole stream, Night 1 was great and can't wait for Night 1. You are 100% right, we set ourselves up for dissapointment. It was the same with Royal Rumble everyone hyped themselves for big returns and when they didnt happen they got upset. That's what is happening with Wrestlemania, people are expecting big returns and stuff instead of just enjoying the matches.

The start with Paul "HHH" Levesque was awesome, I loved every match. When Samantha announced Roman Reigns, her passion gave me goosebumps. I watched that match twice and I got goosebumps again, even though I was expecting it. You have quickly become my favourite wrestling fan. I love watching your positive real reactions. Hey there, person who attended night 1 in Philly. It was pretty chilly. It got much colder towards the end, and crowd interaction was off the charts, but wind and just the cold screwed things a tad. Matches did feel somewhat quick, but they were very enjoyable! Entrances, phenomenal. Storylines, great. Crowd, funny af. Hotel, trivago. Sorry, I had to 🤣

I think the first two matches and the last two matches were really damn great. The six-woman tag match was pretty good, and the Rey tag match was good. The only thing that was sort of disappointing was Jey vs Jimmy, but I honestly still think that match was good (and I know I'm in the minority when I say that), it just extremely underdelivered

I enjoyed night 1. During the main event, I was thinking it could’ve been better if it was Cody & Orton (Legacy) vs Rock & Roman (Bloodline). Seth Rollins and his goofy outfits has go away heat with me.

@@Penguin-wm7cf Actually, Rock & Roman was the planned main event for wrestlemania 39. The reason roman has this title reign was to build to Rock vs Roman. Cody Rhodes was the wild card.

That's why I love Wheezy Blonde, she just says her mind and a lot of people actually set themselves up for failure due to to their expectations not been met. I actually got most of the matches right except the Intercontinental title match and The Rey Mysterio tag match

I look forward to night 2. Yes last night felt rushed but I think it was because the ladder match went over the allocated time. As far as people complaining about the crowd, 2 reasons I think was the fact it was absolutely freezing and because it was an outdoor venue with no roof, any sound the crowd made was lost due to the fact there was no roof covering

@@jaybee4288 yea Wrestlemania's generally are held in indoor venues, though there are instances where they have held it outdoors in other cities (WM 9, WM 31 & I'm sure there's others). Like I say, tonight should hopefully be better but aside from a couple of matches, last night was underwhelming. Stand & Deliver was better imo

What I would have changed about the matches: Rhea vs Becky: Becky delivers a second manhandle slam and Rhea kicks out still, making Becky beside herself and respecting Rhea at the end 6 Man Ladder Match: Nothing, it was perfect. Maybe Ricochet taking down JD Mcdonagh since JD had cost Ric his Andre the Giant match Jey vs Jimmy: Everything, tf was this. And Jimmy should have won by cheating or deceiving Jey to prolong this rivalry Jade, Bianca and Asuka vs Damage Control: Maybe Jade taking a few bumps, other than that it was fine Rey and Andrade vs Dom and Santos: Dom and Santos winning with a Carlito heel turn Gunther vs Sami: Sami really shouldn't have won this. I love the guy, I wish he wins the world championship, but he should not have dethroned friggin Gunther, Chad is still the best one to do that Cody and Seth vs Rock and Roman: the crowd, I'd change the frickin crowd

I agree 100%. To me not a single match on Night 1 was truly bad. Sure, some things weren't as good as I wished for but I was entertained throughout. I heard the crowd was much louder live but the broadcast just didn't translate that at all which is something these Stadium shows often have. I'm excited for Night 2 but I won't waste my time hoping for this or that insane OMG moment and then be disappointed if they don't deliver on something that was never advertised.

I’m really happy about the tag-title split. That match was amazing! Awesome Truth winning the Raw titles was soooo satisfying. I JUMPED out of my seat when Sami won the IC championship. The moment with his family after that was the cherry on top.

Theories are fun, but the best way to go into a PLE or any wrestling is to just go in without expectations. HHH told us that we're entering a new era, and there are going to be growing pains, we just need to enjoy the ride.

Hello Wheezy. You look great as Chelsea Green. All you need is a ring introduction by Samantha Irvin. I enjoyed night one. Sami defeating Gunther was definitely a surprise. On the tag team championships I thought they might split them up but had no idea who would wind up with them. I don’t understand why some people moan and complain about the show. Normal people just turn the channel and watch something else instead of sitting there and subject themselves to misery and sadness.

I couldn't even watch the PPV and I had been waiting for a year. Now that WWE is moving to Netflix as well as the ppvs. I am left not being able to watch WWE other than Smackdown. I have no use for Netflix

It was an excellent WrestleMania in my opinion. Loved every bit of it, and loved the fact that the Rock wrestled and sold like a youngster! The main event was a classic, and the IC title match was a classic with a brilliant storyline. The tag match was a car-wreck and I'm happy that they've split the titles. The ladies cooked a 4 course meal too!

Night 1 was really good. Backy vs Rhea first was weird to be first up but maybe because Becky was sick they wanted to get the match over and let her rest. Sami winning over Gunther was great win for him. Surprised no returns but maybe that is WWE's course of just featuring current roster and not relying on past Stars.

I enjoyed Night 1, I was entertained and it left me excited for Night 2’s main event. Sami Vs Gunther & Rhea Vs Becky delivered, and the filler matches did their jobs. Only disappointment was Jimmy Vs Jey, but overall I enjoyed Night 1.

I liked night 1... I feel like the more emotional weight will be on night 2... people get their hopes up for what they think is gonna happen and when it doesn't, they are like oh this sucks... that's not the same as it being a bad show

Jey vs Jimmy could of been better and longer ,all I remember from it is the super kicks,other than that I agree with you😊and let's not forget it was a bit chilly out in the open

I agree with everything you said Wheezy! Night one didn't feel like a Wrestlemania at all. I think it's cause of the 2 night thing. I really hate that this is a permanent thing now. Everyone hoping for the Harry's while I was really, really wanting the Motor City Machine Guns to come to WWE. It was such a perfect time to bring them in as their impact contracts just expired. Now I feel like they will never work for WWE... ever! I heard the are AEW bound so at least I'll still get to see them. Overall, not bad but far from the best Wrestlemania. Hope night 2 ends how we all want it to! Oh, I forgot to say, you look damn good as Chelsea Green 😍 appreciate your awesome content!

I only wish that the rest of the matches had more time. Each of them were like 15-20 minutes exactly with entrances included in that. It felt extremely rushed when EVERYONE's entrance was literally rushed. Like faster than a tiktok or youtube short. Becky and Rhea got the time with their entrances, but their match was short comparatively to most Rhea and Becky PPV matches. I understand that bettter though because Becky had strep throat, so you don't want her out there in the cold going too long, so that's just an unfortunate turn of events and I'll let that pass. Buuutt the Tag Team Ladder match and Intercontinental match? They should've went on longer. Gunther didn't get his proper PPV entrance. Everyone in the ladder match got like 10 seconds on the ramp to hype up the crowd, then were walking down the ramp. The ladder match had no build. It was just spot and bump after another. It all felt rushed and none of them could slow the pace to get the crowd into it. Sami and Gunther was also just spot after spot. I was expecting it to be like Roman Vs. Sami to live up to the endurance. But instead it was just spot-spot-spot-hotshot title onto Sami. It wasn't given room to breath and build or give you any doubts that Sami would lose. I still enjoyed it, but it was missing a whole body to the story. Most matches were just Introduction to conclusion. The only match that had a full story was the main event and I thoroughly enjoyed it because it had everything I wanted. Honestly, it would've been a 10/10 Mania if Becky V Rhea, the Ladder Match, and Sami V Gunther had 30 minutes each to breath and tell a story. Overall, a 6 or 7/10 for me. Maybe an average 5, but it had the star power and main event to pull most of the weight for me.

At this point I just hate the IWC bubble in X. Everyone is bashing, hating and what I find the most disappointing is that most fans don’t even appreciate the fact anymore that every wrestler is giving their absolute everything in the ring for our entertainment. Thought it was an amazing show!

Ngl the Usos match felt kinda flat to me and the Santos match was surprisingly better than I expected (did not like the ending could be cz Im not an American Football Fan and I have no idea who those two are😂)... As a Show it did kinda feel flat to me but it could be due to all the over hype and excitement we had, we never know... Overall they did do a fair enough job but as it is WRESTLEMANIA people might have expected more which is fair... Enjoyed the show tho👀

I Stay off Twitter after a WWE PLE has concluded because it can sometimes sway how you thought of a match or the PLE itself. Overall I think everyone busted Their ass in the conditions they were in wrestling in cold weather is difficult so for that I give it a B+ Great Job Triple H

The main problem is the talk is better than the actual wrestling. Rock looked good. Rhea’s match vs a boring Becky was fine. Gunther’s title loss was wasted on Sami, but it sets up a lot of great things… Jade delivered. Bianca deserves a big spot on the roster. That hair slap was the best hit of the night. R Truth was perhaps the most popular face of the night after Rhea. Pat is awful.

I think it was a solid night 1, the main event definitely made the entire night worth it, I never expected any surprise returns or anything too crazy, but definitely Jey vs Jimmy was lower than expected, Jimmy felt disinterested

People are trying to find every reason to complain. They did the same thing with RR and EC. The only match I would deem as BAD was The Usos. All the other matches were good or greater. I think the crowd were icicles as well. Hopefully the crowd will be better for Night 2. I think Night 2 will outdo the first night. I give Night 1 a 7/10 for me personally. It will take more time to truly adjust to HHH ppvs and how they are. I kinda miss the closed stadium WMs.

Sorry night 1 was terrible and the videos that’s surfing ppl hated and that last match lasted 40 mins. The only match was good was Sami

Peoples expectations of WrestleMania are based on it being a one night show. Because it's two nights now, they end up diluting it with matches that wouldn't usually get on it, dragging out matches that would usually get less time, and splitting one nights worth of surprises and celebrities over two nights. That's really all it is, and it will always be disappointing compared to the great ones of the past. We need to compare them against other two night ones. I will say I don't like this arena or crowd and that's the main thing making it feel not WrestleMania enough.

6/10 for Wrestlemania night one, being honest this felt like a Monday Night Raw until the main event. Crowd was dead, only two Wrestlers who got reactions from the crowd were The Final Boss and R-Truth. Based on how that crowd reacted on the Main Event seems like they are leaning towards Roman retaining, that crowd was booing Seth and Cody, you can't blame them though, Roman and The Rock had a presence that the other two seem to lack.

The tag team title should never been split up, they could have made new tag team titles. I'm so sick of Paula swamps As for Gunther, it's too early for him to be a main event because he had 1⃣ title reign and it should have been Chad gave you took the belt off him, not Sammy. Sammy has been ic champion before there was no better built up in the story just like Dominik.

Night 1 was below average. The 6pk tag ladder match had alot of botches and the camermen did a horrible job. Jey vs jimmy in a superkick competition was boring. The fans were weak AF. The rey and dom had me on my phone and i wasnt paying attention. Dare i say Night 1 was missing that McMahon energy. This is the first WM without him and if we get a bad night 2 that should show us that Vince was a great producer and promotor.

Cant wait till the next WrestleMania now I’m hoping Roman will retain but we will see
