    Thank you so much for this extremely good and simplified description and explanation on HERNIA..... i've watched the 28:28 video for 2 and a half hours...by pausing and repeating and slowing for a thousands times just only bcz i don't wanna skip a single word uttered by you.....This was really cool.     Dear Med Vids Made Simple, I have a terminology related question. If inguinal hernia appears only on one side of the body it is called unilateral inguinal hernia, if on both sides it is bilateral inguinal hernia. If a patient has unilateral inguinal hernia, but before the surgery the ultrasound examination discovers the presence of asymptomatic contralateral inguinal hernia, is the correct diagnosis still unilateral inguinal hernia, or it changes to bilateral inguinal hernia? Thanks!

    I've a question also.. In case of mess repair....we suture the #inguinal ligament above and conjoint tendon below? Or #conjoint tendon above and inguinal ligament below??
