Hi Mike, thank you. I never meant or mean for it to grow. I only started putting the videos on YT public to share memories of the events with people who I ran with or to give overview of races to some other runners who might fancy to do some races. I thought it would be nice to have a place to keep it. I only film and edit on my phone, and I delete all the videos from my phone after because I don't have much storage. I am very unskilled when it comes to technology. My 10 year old daughter had to teach me how to put videos together on a phone app. That's why I don't ask people to subscribe or like anything because I feel embarrassed of the quality. But to share amongst friends, it doesn't really matter about the quality and editing skills. Also growing means taking on a responsibility of entertaining and producing quality content and being appealing and all that. And I don't really want to be appealing to the majority out there. I just want to share our little hobby with like-minded people, a lot of whom I know personally or met at races.

Ingleton Community Centre is a great event HQ and it was nice to see all kinds of things on the sports field behind. The trail past Crina Bottom looked bone dry - I'll bet it felt warm on the ascent under that cloudless sky. A well deserved ice cream ! Downhill is the best, you just need to relax into it. That's the main reason I love fell running so I can run downhill. I found the shoes which I feel confident in, I think good enough grip that lets you relax and not worry is very important. I think the more tense you are worrying about hurting yourself the harder it becomes. Thank you for your kind words, Rachel.

The weather today was a hot one here in the U.S., we reached 33 degrees today. It takes a bit to get used to that temperature, which I can do but the weather this summer has been fluctuating so much between lows and highs that it's more of a challenge this year. Ingleton looks like a wonderful place, the railway viaduct and narrow streets were incredible. I've added it to my list so if I'm ever in the area again I'll stop by. Thanks for showing us around. Loved your cheery introductions, it was good to meet some of the runners and hear where they'd come from. I think your bubbly personality gets the best out of them for the video. You can certainly see that the front runners are really focussed on the challenge ahead, they're all business as they passed you on the way back down. Views from the top are spectacular as usual, I think you deserved that ice cream at the end. Well done for documenting all of it!

Thank you, Matt. There's also Ingleton Waterfall Trail there with millions of beautiful waterfalls along the river, and some caves. But I think you now have to pay to do the trail, I think the money goes towards some preservation trust. A local person also told me that there's another picturesque village 4 miles from Ingleton called Chapel-le-Dale. I would've checked it out on the same day but we all came in one car (not mine) to save on petrol and not pollute the environment, and the rest of the people were eager to go to the pub. I will go there next time. The fast people are friendly too, they are all very humble. They were just focused on their descent.
