The song is beautiful and incredibly relaxing for my overactive mind. I really resonated with some portions of the song and it left me with a smile. So, thank you! Also the first time I listened through I was getting huge Bon Iver vibes. I could see him singing this and it hasn't left my mind lol

first of all thank you so much!! it means a lot to me that this song means something to you. now second, i’m actually so speechless over this right now omg that is just about the best thing you could’ve possibly said to me. i am a hugeeee fan of bon iver and justin vernon and i take so much inspiration from his writing. i think it’s so clever how he uses words in the way that he does. his lyrics are so heavy and poetic that i feel like they can easily sound like nonsense until you truly listen and think about them. another thing i admire and love so much about him is how distinct yet unique and diverse his sound/style is. for me, his songs somehow evoke every emotion in existence all at the same time and it’s an indescribable feeling. soul searching evening rain music, is what i like to call it :)) if you were to ask me, i’d simply say justin vernon is a genius at his craft. so being compared to him is something straight out of my dreams. i cannot fully explain how much this means to me. thank you 💗

@@katy_ly Soul searching evening rain music ey I quite like that. It definitely feels like where id imagine myself when listening lol Happy my random thoughts could bring you such joy. Bon Iver is such a treasure though I get lost frantically in my head while listening to his music while some how maintaining a state of pure bliss its truly something else.
