So things I learned from this video 1) plateau stage ( results dikhne time lagega aapne efforts karna nhi chodna hai ) 2) 6-6 rule (apne thoughts ko control Karo agar wo negative hai tho usko 6 min se jyda uske baare me na Socho) 3) Repetition ( imp baate or lessons repeat hona jaruri hai, agr wo repeat na ho tho hum bhul jayge ) 4) Don't learn helplessness ( Kai baar situation kharab ho sakti hai, pr aapne himmat nhi harni hai or koshish hamesha karte rehna hai eg. Elephant in zoo )
