Really helpful, Thanks for sharing the video, is it possible to have one colour but that would change with the percentage dark red if the percentage is very low, ligh red if the percentage is mid, light green for less dark green for target acheived

When you create the "glass structure" that you copy and paste onto the bars, you need to size them so that the top and bottom cap height are 5% the size of the middle part's height. For example, I set the height for the top and bottom cap to 0.1, and the middle to 2.0, before grouping then copying/pasting. Works perfectly.

Thank you for your good video. But I was wondering that it does not show if it is 5% of service level.
