Great tool to see and understand some interesting parts of world around. Im just waiting for some good deal and geeting myself t2s+. Will be interesting to see my circuits in infrared :)

Great review. Can I ask what the best option in your view would be for someone who wants a camera like this for the following: as a toy to play around with the kids with especially for seeing out cat is the fields behind our house, to check for heat loss, to help with identifying studs/electric behind partition walls, the odd other thing like checking that nothing around the house is too hot. Without needing high temps or macro I guess maybe the T2L? Not sure about the Search one but maybe that's a good option.

T2L Can detect only temp between -20-120 i think for you best option its T2S+ or P2Pro. I have T2Pro but its ok and better for detect place around house and Animals but not for close range
