Maybe it's the lighting. I use the godox SL60. That improves the skin tone.

I will take the picture quality of the note 10 over Note 8i. Day time pictures though. Aside from that feature. Note 8i is better.

Note 8i should be the better phone but that TFT display, eish! To make matters worse it's a 720p one at a mammoth 6.8", good grief 😓 In the end both aren't worth it, just grab yourself a Redmi 9, it slaps both dizzy 🤣🤣🤣
