Honestly apart from Magsafe ,ill advise those using the NOTE 30 VIP to wait and see the Zero 40 or upgrade to another phone or wait for next year models, I have both phones, but the Dimensity 8050 is better than 7020, faster wireless charging at 50 watts for NOTE 30 VIP , faster ufs 3.1 storage and IP54 water and dust rating, it has already received android 14 and don't think 15 is a major upgrade to 14, so you'll be fine for one more year in the NOTE 30 VIP, you also get same cameras,same bypass charging, larger battery, memory card support and headphone jack for those who fancy it, my opinion based on my usage.

Note 30 VIP is the last complete phone infinix made... All these new ones are just making me angry. Headphone jack and SD slot matter to me. I don't know why they're removing them

@@bryantwilson4731 I heard it's only the Pro's that will get the 2 OS updates 🥲... I think they did this to compensate for the over similarity between the pro4g and base 4g. So like perks of getting the pro cos in my opinion the pro both 4g and 5g are not worth. You just get OIS and a curved screen every other main feature is similar

What is the camera not giving us 4K recording

Ive used Infinix for the past 7 years and though they've gotten better over the years, there are no One UI OS upgrades. Secondly, when they age, they typically have battery loss and other minor gripes such as charging port problems. Recently switched back to Samsung for good. And for 450K? I'd rather go for a new Note 20 Ultra 5G for the same price, yes its an older phone but the quality of Samsung is unmatched.

I have noticed COD doesn't run at normal temperature on my phone but games like Farlight, COD Warzone runs real hot even on my S22 Ultra. All am saying is COD Mobile isn't really demanding, runs pretty well always

I think the base note 40 is actually value for money. I mean the only difference between note 40 and note 40 pro is the curved display which I'm not fan of. So when note 40 is compared with note 40 pro +5g, the difference is only on the chipset of 5g which in Nigeria, it's not covered everywhere.

for me i believe this phone is just over priced for the specs its offering, its better to use the money to get either a redmi note 13 pro plus, s21 pro, pixel 6 or the iphone 12. infinix just makes mid smartphones that cant receive software updates and have terrible cameras 💔. i am never getting an infinix or tecno device ever again.

It's crazy. If u are a Redmi fan at list compare the phones with comparable specs. U just don't compare not 40 pro or it's pro plus with Redmi 13. That's just crazy. But I would help u out, for future reference use Redmi note 13
