You can add as many layers as you want. No you will have to adjust size otherwise it will not fold properly

Reduce size by 1.5 cm each for every layer containing 3 rows.

Paste photos of size 0.5 cm less than the size of base on which you want to paste the photos.

The size of sides will reduce gradually after every 2 3 blocks.

You can use a3 size sheets instead. You can get them from local stationery.

The size of every box will reduce gradually otherwise it will create a problem when you will fold it. You can use simple chart paper but if available use card stock or a3 size pastel sheets for better thickness of base

I dont have any idea about poster board. You can use any thick paper which folds properly and provide good base to the card

I have used cardstock Chart paper size. You can use A3 size thick sheets if you dont find cardstock.
