After a bunch of research. Thought I’d like to let anyone who may come across this with a base model G37 sedan, that the part in the vid shown won’t work. Base Models only have the front two windows labeled AUTO. Hence why some people in comments were complaining of the rear windows not working. Will only work if you get the switch with the front two auto. And the back two without the auto feature. A-lot harder to come by then the ones with all switches labeled auto unfortunately. The part number for this one is 25401-JK43D. Thanks again for the vid and leading me down the right path to fixing my car.

The question is does your remote down using your fob work on your drivers window? Ive ordered 4 different switches. The last one was on of the only ones that states it was made foe sedans with memory buttons. But it still didn’t work with the key fob window down or the key in the door window up or down

This was very helpful for me to solve the same issue as you. I was worried because i thought it was a fuse or something internal. But luckily for me I just cleaned with alcohol and Worked the next day.

stupid California rains the past few months and my windows are completely possessed, I look forward to performing this operation when my part comes in, thanks for the tutorial.

did this today, still working in 2023 . order form amazon , got it, 10 min taking the old one out, 5 min replace with new one, check if works, worked.... that's it. Hope it 'll last. The only thing I noticed ...do not have to take out the orange big one connector, it's the mirrors yes and it can stay there.

How did you remove that large power connector when removing the switch? Trying not to crack or break the plastic piece that should pop out.

i'm strugglign trying to remove my 2010 FX35 master window switch, not sure if i need to remove the entire door panel.

Replaced my switch like you did but the driver side window does not drop down when I open the door the passenger side well what’s going on

I replaced mine and everything works fine even my back passenger is working better but I noticed even when my car is off and I’m certain there’s no power because the others won’t move but the driver side still has power even after a while of sitting in my car, anyone else have that?

Could this cause all my windows not to work? Like none of the window switches work but they rolled down with the key fob... now all stuck down. I just need to get them up somehow.

Hi :) I saw your KZread video for the g37 switch replacement. I have the exact same issue except I have a convertible g37 I wonder if the switch will fix the window and the hardtop since they all stopped working at the sand time too. I have g37 coupe someone had broke my window I had put brand new window in now driver side doesn’t roll down or up. Is my switch bad ?

Possibly. Check for fuses or you can switch window switches that's on the passenger side and see if that works.

mine had a problem opening the front right, and had no problem with rear windows I ordered 2 from eBay and they both oepn the front right and left fine but can't open the rear ones so now I'm stuck on wether to use mine to open rear or use eBays ones to open front. Could it be that eBay parts are defective? If So I already ordered from 2 sellers with the same issue

Yes I was able to with the other switches. I would check fuses and relays, also check the window lock button on the main switch.

Yeah weird cause they weren’t working and right not I pressed the switch on my passenger door and it rolled down but now it’s stuck

use the key in door to roll all up and down. If they all work then it's one of those. If not then it's a regulator.

Strange. Maybe order a different switch. Make sure it's the correct one.
