Great video! Very informative for people coming back to the game after a hiatus. However I think forte’s deserved a little more praise. Throwing forte’s into a deathball, they can contribute so much damage and stay completely out of harms way with just how obscenely large their pikes are.

I used to use silah alot, but just got a full mastery MAA stack. On bottom line they get 1000 piercing defence and about 890 slashing, 13k health plus good block. The cov commander does similar Dmg as decapitate, thus making silahdars overshadowed ( 300 vs 215 leadership). I also like this current season alot. The units arent OP, they are quite ballanced

Really love how this list goes, very good to see so many standard units in S, from green to gold you have units to use that dont come from seasons, very good.

Great video as always! Any plans to do a Palace Guard video? I always loved the Eastern-Influenced units aesthetic-wise, but ever since the Mastery updates, I haven',t really used them. If they are also good against MAA, it sounds like it's time to unbench them from my barracks again

I'm same as you, running an Eastern unit barracks, I find that eastern units beat their counterparts but have much larger skill requirement to play, what I found about palace guards are that they are as good as the blob of players you are fighting with, great at medium-scale fights but not as rewarding as MAA when you go solo

the advice on using trash units to be a damage sponge for ranged is actually really smart, never thought about that.

Just wanted to mention. Mace sgts with combat doc can really do some damage, especially against shield units. They can beat prefecture guards every time. Not sure without the combat doc tho. They are the first unit I pick during blue season. Some matches during gold I can still get 50 to 70 kills with them. Look for the shield units. -Aneiric NA3

​@@PlumsionWould you still go bottom Line now or use it top that IS better. That super fast healing and extra défense on full heals goes really well with they bonus slahing damage on full heals doctrine but I can't make m'y choicd whether I want that or lower gambit cooldown

Men at arms aren't so powerful now, Wuwey guards wipe them out so ridiculous !

Really curious why you put demense spearmen in B tier. They are insanely tanky (especially with the -damage taken +defense doctrines) and practically brain afk get their leadership + are a huge chunk of meat for their team. I've started to use them every game, and they feel tankier than ISG's. I think it takes 1-2 million infantry damage to kill the stack of them.

what???? Iron reapers don’t even have that much health and you’re talking like they are a legendary unit with tons of armor, are you playing with bots or real players, because real players don’t get killed by demense spearmen out of all units

In my opinion, the truest form of strength and abilities towards these units can be measured in colosseum mode and champion trove mode where each units doctrine and veterancies were assigned by the game itself. The only way to win is to have good understanding towards each units function and roles, and also your team cooperation of course.

Pretty solid list overall :) My one BIG disagreement, I think you're super harsh on Landsknechts, me and my friend have been playing them a lot this season and have done exceptionnally well with them. For a T3 unit, you can easily bring home 60 to 80 T4/T5 kills if played right, their charge is so good and they also murder heroes easily (we've done charges where we kill 4 heroes each in one charge, it's so strong). And their 3 button is also really useful to kill off anything that survived to your charge. Granted I'm a longsword and my friend is a shortsword so we tend to knock down units right as the charge hits, which really makes a huge difference. I get that they're a bit squishy so I wouldn't put them in S or anything, but I think they deserve a B at the very least :) However I also get and respect your opinion ^^ just felt like sharing mine !

If the video is getting too long just start with C tier populated. Maybe speak about 1-2 units that have moved up/down in that tier.

paladin are just bad compared to MAA Everything paladins can do, MAA do it 1000 times better

I think so far this season the units are pretty balanced. Nothing too broken that may ruin the game. MAA came very close for a tear 4 units, but they are not impossible to kill.

i play dual blades as well what does everyone use for units as a light armor its hard to stay in the frontline for long with out dyeing

Realistically you want 2 units that can get a lot of kills but might get wiped quickly then you want a tankier unit like ISGs.

well i guess B and C still get degrees 😥😢😭😆

Matalatori is S tire unit just because it gives you 10% xp per everything ,also they increase defence of siege towers which is nice.

How? What do you do and what doctrines? I use them as like my 3rd purple unit in the line up but I definitely do not do that well. I like their formations and their charge that is alright nor great but alright. And they are like tanky enough to be a pain in the butt for people so my allies can do well. And of course you also got a small heal which also heals up friendly units which is nice :D But how do you win against MAA? How are you making this happen?

Nah bro Village watchmen get atleast C. They always get their Leadership worth out of the match. Only 30 leadership and with their pikes they poke kills from higher tier units every game not to even talk about how good they are for pushing siege towers etc.

best against cav IS camel no debate, but yeah this is an infantry list so pass

Moadao battalion takes hardly any damage from charges,winged hussars can pass trough them and barely scratch their paint off.

@@zumbazumba1 camel doesn't care about any cav charge even hussars, every cav charges into it when they are brace stops, dies and no pass-through, their health pool is big enough to stop 3 charges the same time, and nearly immune cc from hero and yolo cav

I think it's a deadgame, the Manager in game and Dev team they never listen to players, fix bugs, or update old version units to make it balanced the game. They are just chasing commercial and never look back the rest. This is players are leaving alot and now I only see all bots in game, I found a Palworld which is so much interesting and alot people succeccful with contents and get more subs from there in just few days. I did sent them so many suggestions and tell them to updated balance, but seem they are did nothing, so I left

Here's a hint: 1. Don't play sieges during TW, Deathmatch, or special events - because that is what everyone is going to be doing - not playing siege.
