Infant tongue exercises prior to tongue and lip tie release
Getting a baby’s tongue ready for release is just as important as the release itself. There are multiple exercises that can help prepare the baby to improve tongue range of motion, strength and coordination. These are not one size fits all. Always make sure to work with a local IBCLC lactation consultant or skilled occupational or speech therapist if tongue tie has been identified.
This video is mean for education purposes only. Exercises should be done under the direct supervision of a trained therapist or IBCLC as the needs of every baby are different.

Okay, how do I get baby to be calm enough to let me do this? Mine screams all the time and I can't get any of these exercises in before she's always thrashing and swinging her arms
