Why is there NO interaction with this infant who is trying to communicate? Very sad that both adults are just sitting there without getting off their behind to interact with this baby.

It's an observation.... There's not meant to be any interaction whilst doing an observation...

You are not meant to interact with children when you are observing them. This is to let them do what they want and can do and see where they are developmentally...

I’m watching this video for a child development class assignment that I have. I must say what I’ve observe is very mediocre for their inside a room with very much space yet, very little toys in my opinion. Maybe some miniature slide boards or a soft mat with big cars and trains thats the toddlers can engage more with one another.
